Editing the additional pay rate depends on the pay type, Mattboyle1000.
If the pay type is commission, you cannot edit the hourly rate. You can only add the rate manually when processing payroll. However, if the pay type is bonus or other earnings, you can manually edit the hourly rate within the employee profile.
While you cannot delete an additional pay type, you can assign it. However, pay types cannot be reassigned if their name is similar to an existing one in QuickBooks. Refer to the screenshots below for clarification:
