Can I edit my employees' w-2s while "Automate taxes and forms" is on?

The option to edit your employees' W-2 forms while the Automate taxes and forms feature is enabled is currently unavailable, as the system takes over the responsibility for filing and accuracy.
 

In this case, you'll have to contact our Payroll Support to request a correction.

Here’s how to reach the Payroll department:
 

1. Select the Help (?) icon at the top of the page. 
2. Go to the Search tab to activate the Contact Us button. 
3. Click on Contact Us
4. Type your concern in the box and click Continue
5. You can choose to get a callback or chat with our live support.
