Hello there, cbjackets.

The Form 1040 (Schedule C form) is used to report your self-employment income and expenses.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), it's not possible to export the form within QBSE. However, you can directly fill in the form using your QBSE data. If you need to, you can refer to your Schedule C-related reports such as Tax Summary or Tax Details. After that, you can download the reports to export them outside of QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports and select Tax details.
  2. Choose the tax year option by clicking the dropdown.
  3. Click the Download option beside it.

Also, I've added this article to know how QBSE calculate your taxes: Automatically estimate your income tax in QBSE
