Can i give a current employee access to his information?

Yes, you can have an existing employee access his payroll information, blairasphaltpres. Allow me to provide the details on how you can do it in QuickBooks Online.
 
You just need to send an invitation to QuickBooks Workforce. Using this platform, the employee can view his paystubs, W-2 forms, time off balances, and other payroll-related information.
 
Follow these steps on how to send an invite:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and proceed to the Employees tab.
  2. Click the name of the current employee to open the profile, then choose the Send invite link beside Pay and tax docs.
  3. Type in the employee details and click Send email.
  4. Select Done.

 

 

 

After that, he'll receive an email with a link to set up and use the platform. After accepting the invitation, he can create his own Intuit account. This allows him to manage his user ID, personal settings, and security info.
