If you've e-filed your old form 941 from 2023 through QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can access and print it from the archived forms Here are the steps:
- Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
- Select the Filings tab.
- Select Archived forms and filings.
- Customize the date range to cover only filed forms for 2023. Then, select Filter to filter to the form type you want to view.
- Select the 941 form, then View.
