Android OS version 10 and below:
- For location permissions, select Allow and tap the Allow all the time button.
- When prompted, simply press the Allow button.
Android OS version 11 and above:
- For location permissions select While using the app and tap the OK button.
- Choose Allow all the time and Allow to grant access to your physical activity.
If you're using an iPhone or iPad, turn on the auto-tracking function. Simply follow these steps:
- Launch the QuickBooks mobile app.
- Press the menu ☰ icon.
- Pick All and choose Mileage.
- Select Auto-track your miles.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set the Allow location access.
