Splitting your contractor's direct deposit between two accounts is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can consider using a free billing management app as stated by @SIAB, or another contractor payment application.
Let's navigate to the QuickBooks Apps Center to find a program that suits your business needs. To speed up the process, enter a keyword in the Search bar or explore the Categories section. From the list of supported apps, browse through each to learn more about its features.
It's a good idea to send a product suggestion to our engineers about the option to post direct deposit payments to two accounts. They can review your suggestions and consider adding them in future releases.
