Cannot run weekly payroll due tomorrow. problem seems to be tax payments. please help.

The option to cancel tax payments depends on the payroll subscription you have. If you use QBO Payroll and have opted for QuickBooks to handle tax payments and filings automatically, you'll need to contact the Payroll Support Team to check if it's possible to cancel a payment. However, it may be possible to cancel tax payments if you have chosen to pay and file tax filings yourself. 

Please know that there are some situations where it may not be possible to delete a tax payment:

• The agency has either received or accepted the form along with the payment.
• The transaction was declined because there were not enough funds available in the account (Non-sufficient funds).
• It's in process or already processed electronically.

These are some scenarios where a tax payment can be deleted:

• The federal payment is deposited at least two banking days before the payment date, by 5 PM PST.
• The payment date for your state is before the lead time (lead times may differ by state).
• If it's manually recorded.

If you've manually recorded a tax payment outside of QuickBooks, here are the steps to delete it:

1. Login to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Taxes tab and select Payroll Tax.
3. Select Payment History.
4. Filter out the payment date and select the tax payment you want to cancel or delete.
5. Select Delete Payment. If you don't see the option to delete, then you can't remove the entry.
6. Click Yes to confirm.
