Check ordering

Trying to order checks through QB like I always do. This is what I get: "Sorry, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. We are sorry for any inconvenience."  I've been trying since last week

Check ordering

I recognize the importance of having Intuit products on time, uggh123. I'll provide details regarding this issue.

At this time, we've received similar cases or reports about customers ordering paychecks in QuickBooks getting an error message. Please be assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve this problem.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to be added to the affected users list for email updates on the investigation's status and resolution notification. To expedite the transaction, provide this investigation number INV-105366.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

Furthermore, you can also visit this webpage to understand the different checks available in QBO and order them from there: QuickBooks Business Checks.

When you're ready to record your checks in your QBO account, visit this article for additional guidance: Create and record checks in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we look into this further. If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out. We're always here to help.

@uggh123,

What @AdonL is trying to say without saying it is, "You're getting an error because Intuit broke it and we don't know when we'll get around to fixing it, so please spend some more time to get yourself added to the list of customers that want to know when it's fixed, 'cause otherwise we won't tell you."
