Check stubs

You can print your paycheck stubs in the Paycheck List, Rainicole1. I'll lay down the complete steps to help you achieve your goal.

First, set up your printing preferences and choose how you'd like to print your check.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
  2. In the Printing section, click Edit. Then, choose Pay stubs on plain paper or Paycheck on QuickBooks-compatible check paper.
  3. Click Save.

Once done, you're now ready to print them. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and select Employees
  2. Below Run Payroll, click Paycheck List
  3. Choose the paycheck you want to print. You can use the Filter option to change the Date Range or Employee
  4. In the Action column, click Print. A preview of the paycheck or pay stub will open. Click the printer icon to print.

Here's a guide on how to fix printing issues in QuickBooks: Troubleshoot printing paychecks, pay stubs, and forms.

Additionally, you can generate payroll reports to gain a more detailed insight into your business's financial status: How to Run Payroll Reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

This thread is always open if you have other questions about printing or payroll concerns. I'll be around to provide detailed instructions for them.
