Buy nowI got a notice from the Colorado Dept of Labor and Employment a while back that the Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave Tax (PFML) was changing to 0.88%, but I can't figure out how to update it in Quickbooks. The only things I am able to click on are the pencil next to the account #, the pencil next to PFML coverage for 2025, change coverage for the upcoming year (which only gives me the option to change the number of employees or enter exempt), and create contribution rates. I can't find any option to change the %.

I ended up calling help, spending 1.5+ hours on the phone with them, just in order to figure out that what they told me was wrong, and the rate is automatically updated for the first paycheck in 2026. They had me create a whole new FAMLI Tax entry in Quickbooks, when I really just had to do nothing. I swear, QB experts know less about QB than I do.
