Create Custom Liability payments - rows are invisible

I have updated as suggested and the problem persists - please note as I stated in my original post, this has persisted across upgrade from 2019 through 2023. The lines are there, they are just invisible.

Here's how to download QuickBooks Tool Hub:

1. Close your QuickBooks application.
2. Download the latest version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub from 1.6.0.5. Save the file in an easily accessible location, such as your Downloads folder or Windows desktop. If you already have Tool Hub installed, you can check the version by navigating to the Home tab and finding the version information at the bottom.
3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
5. Once the installation is complete, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to access the tool hub.

Next, to run Quick Fix my program, follow these steps:

1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, click Program Problems
2. Select Quick Fix my Program.
3. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

Unfortunately the tool hub has not fixed anything, and I know I have tried this in the past as well. I realize there are a series of canned answers that are presented to any new issue but none seem to work.
