I'll make sure you're able to adjust your Connecticut Paid Family Leave to employees. In QuickBooks Online, creating a payroll adjustment is unavailable. You'll have to contact our Payroll Support. This way, our phone agents will do the adjustment for you.
Please follow these steps to reach out:
- Go to Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of the issue, then tap Continue.
- Click either Chat or Callback.
