Customer Service for Quickbooks-can't access our payroll account!

We've been unable to access our new Quickbooks online Core account ever since we were transferred over from Intuit Online Payroll.  It's been over two weeks without access, two payrolls, and we haven't been able to get any customer service!  How are we supposed to run a business and pay our employees?   No one is helping!  No one has called with an explanation or a plan or an acknowledgement.  Trying to get help has lead us to spend hours/days on chats, each time having to start from the very beginning with a new chat person(? or is it just a chatbot?).

Quickbook customer service is the WORST.  We ran with Intuit online payroll for years without a problem.  This transition to quickbooks has been a disaster for us and Quickbooks DOESN'T EVEN CARE.

Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community. This isn't the kind of service I want you to experience with the support. Then, we know how much time it can take when something isn’t working the way you need it. Please know that we make great efforts to deliver customer satisfaction at all times and to fix an issue as soon as possible. That's why I'll be sharing details about the issue in moving data from Intuit Online Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll Core.

 

We have reported and the issue is still tagged as an ongoing issue about customers are unable to access or log in to their accounts after transitioning from Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) to QBOP. Our product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible. That said, I suggest contacting them again so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. Please note that we also have limited staff and reduced support hours due to the pandemic. They're only open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

 

Then, once the issue is already raised to our product engineer, rest assured you'll receive updates through email. You can also send or reply to them using the existing email to check for the status of this matter.

 

Additionally, I've added awesome articles below about handling your payroll method and viewing various information about different payroll tax forms and how it works in QuickBooks.

Customer Service for Quickbooks-can't access our payroll account!

I was able to access my payroll by going to the new link I was directed to: qbo.Intuit.com, process my payroll, submit and it says it exported, however it DID NOT export to my MAC desktop.  This is going to create all kinds of issues with tax filing deadlines if this does not populate to my GL.  When I went in to try and see what happened I was caught in this advertisement that said "Let's make sure there is no interruption to your subscription, agree to the following terms my 9/9/21, to keep from loosing payroll capabilities, so I enrolled.  Now I see that I am enrolled in BOTH:  Quickbooks online payroll and Intuit Online Payroll.  I still cannot export from either format to my desktop MAC.  This is so frustrating!  Nor am I able to get any live person, only chats that I spent several hours yesterday only to be looped through 3 chat sessions and returned to the initial contact that I started with.  I may have to terminate use of this Quick books program entirely over this mess.   I agree this service could not  be worse!  Who has time for this?  I sure don't.

That's great that you suggest contacting them yet AGAIN to tell them that the problem hasn't been solved.  Tell me though exactly HOW do we contact them?  There's no way to contact support unless we log into our account and WE CAN'T!  Could you give me a phone number to call where we could actually talk to a live person that knows something?  I don't need a phone number to someone who can't actually help me and who has to transfer me to someone else, who transfers me to someone else who STILL can't help.  How do we reach someone who is working on the problem?  And please tell me why we have to continue to ask for help to make sure the case isn't closed?

This is what you've told me: "rest assured you'll receive updates through email."  We haven't received a single update in over two weeks. "You can also send or reply to them using the existing email to check for the status of this matter."  What existing email are you talking about?
