Delete employee in time tracking

name in time tracking is not the same as employee in payroll - how do i delete the person from time tracking so he can put in his time under the correct name

Delete employee in time tracking

Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community for support. I hope you're having a great day so far. 

 

The Time tracking-only user allows employees or vendors to enter timesheets for themselves. You can add or remove the access at any time at your discretion.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear Icon, then select Manage Users.
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon on the user you want to delete, then hit Delete.
  3. Select Delete user from the pop-up window to confirm.
