We have processed payroll for a few employees with a day on the 30th May. The payroll was processed 7 days before the pay date.
We want to delete the pay checks for a couple of employees as we have some amendments but I have tried contacting support who have said nothing can be done?
I was hoping we would have enough time given pay date is 7 days away.
You can delete paychecks if you haven't sent your payroll to us, Ssc_93.
Depending on your processing time, you may have the option to edit, delete, or void a paycheck. If the paychecks have not yet been processed, you can remove them from your QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) account by following these steps:

We have tried to do to the below and were unable to do so.
I have been on the phone to support today for nearly 3 hours and nobody was unable to assist.
My understanding is the funds are not offloaded the system to the credit the employees account. Only the employer account has been debited.
It seems that if I had got through to the right agent we would have been unable to achieve what we wanted but now it is the weekend.
Can I arrange a call for Saturday so that someone can assist ? Are you able to arrange that ?

You'll have to contact our live payroll support team and request a Callback. I understand you already contacted them. However, they have the tools and resources to perform payroll correction.
