I'll help you to delete payroll checks from a prior year in QuickBooks Online. When accessing the list of paychecks, you'll need to adjust the search filters appropriately to find the ones you wish to edit. Here's how:
1. In the navigation bar on the left, go to Workers.
2. In the Employees tab, click on Paycheck List under Run Payroll.
3. Enter the date range for the payroll checks you want to edit, then select the ones you'd like to delete.
4. Hit Delete to erase the selected paychecks.
5. Select Ok to complete your changes.
After step five, all of the paychecks you selected from your paycheck list will be deleted from your books.
