Did anyone else receive an email from QuickBooks Research Team (noreply@qemailserver.com) asking you to take survey and promising a gift card after completing the survey?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Kendra. I'll share some information about different Intuit websites and communication channels.

It seems that the email in question is not likely to be from QuickBooks, as we only offer surveys after calls and send them from your address without offering rewards for completion. The email address used is associated with Qualtrics, which means anyone can create and send out this surveys.

However, if the email survey pertains to a ProAdvisor, it's significant to understand that ProAdvisors are independent professionals and not direct employees of Intuit. In such instances, the customer should directly engage with the ProAdvisor for related inquiries.

On that note, here are the lists of the Intuit's service email addresses:

Since you have received this survey from an unknown source, it's possible that this could be a scam email. If you are unsure of the authenticity of an email from Intuit, watch out for the following indicators:

  • We’ll never ask for your info in an email.
  • Our emails will always come from an email address that ends with @intuit.com. This includes @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.

Check out our online security tips to help you keep your information safe. If you have an Intuit email you aren't sure about, verify it through our security notices for details of suspicious emails reported by other Intuit customers. Moreover, I recommend you report the fraudulent activity to our Intuit Security team by sending an email to spoof@intuit.com

I'll add this article to give you more details about recognizing official Intuit correspondence and websites: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud

Please keep us updated on the progress of this issue. I am committed to ensuring the security of your account. Stay safe!
