direct deposits didn't go through today

Our company's payroll was submitted but employees did not receive their direct deposits.  Are other people having this issue today 4/30/21?

Ours did not go through either. Waiting on someone to call me from QB. Can’t seem to talk to a human.

We know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time. Our engineers are already aware of this behavior to check this out the soonest. Please inform your employees to monitor their bank account for their pays within today while this is being taken care of.

 

You can also follow these steps to monitor the status of the investigation and subscribe to receive email updates:

 

  1. Go to this link: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/?subscription_confirmed=true.
  2. Click Subscribe to updates.
  3. Enter your email address and click Subscribe via email
