Buy nowI am on the phone with payroll support and all they keep saying is "our system says it will go out today". No explanation as to why it didn't deposit as it normally does. Also no explanation as to why I pay for Elite payroll which is supposed to come with 24/7 chat support and I could not chat with someone this morning for over an hour until the regular chat support for non-Elite customers opened.
I am having the same issue and still cannot connect with support. Thank you for the update.

It looks like there have been other reports of direct deposit payroll not processing at the scheduled time. According to the QuickBooks status page, "QuickBooks Online Payroll planned system maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause and hope to quickly complete the maintenance to minimize any disruption of service during this time."

I am having this issue also. I cannot get through to any support other than Sales. The sales phone number just rings and rings. I am calling the bank to see if they have received the batch file. If they have not, I am going to try to put a stop on it and pay everyone with paper check.
