QuickBooks can't record the changes made in employee setup for salary in QBO Payroll. For further assistance, it's best to get in touch with our Payroll Support Team. They can guide you in determining the user who changed your employee's salary setup. Since this matter entails data privacy, it's important to take note that payroll support can only verify the user in question, but they cannot provide or pinpoint a specific username. Here's how to contact them:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Click the Help (?) icon.
- Select the Search tab, and click Contact Us.
- Click Payroll, and choose a way to connect with us:
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
- Start a chat with a support expert.
