Does anyone deal with the "Tax Resolution Team"?

I tried calling but apparently, the only way I can communicate with that team is to send an email and wait 21 days for them to "get back to me"?!? In the meantime, I guess my money sits in limbo and I am supposed to fend off the IRS with a canned email reply. Does anyone have advice on how to get a person on the phone or get updates?

To reach our support team:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Choose the Search tab, then Contact Us.
  4. Put a Brief description of your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect:
  • Start a chat  -  with a real-time support.
  • Get a callback -  from the next available support

Thank you for the reply. I have been following this process and seem to get stonewalled from getting any updates other than "they will be in touch". This is the most disconnected and disjointed way of handling customer tickets, especially as it applies to my company's missing funds and the threatening to be levied by the IRS.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, your response only furthers my point that there is a buffer between the tax resolution team and the end-users. The inability to communicate with them directly or get real-time updates on the status of a tax notice makes for a bad customer experience. I wish that I could say that the attempts to resolve my complaint/issue were helping but, alas, they are not...
