Does anyone have a suggested report to use to calculate average hours for determining healthcare eligibility (for employees working thirty (30) or more hours per week)?

Looking for a report that either shows or can be a starting point to calculate average hours worked in order to determine eligibility for employer provided healthcare. As I understand it, hours should be regular hours plus sick and/or vacation but not overtime and holiday pay.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, Kimberly. You can pull up the Payroll Details Report, which will display the total hours and a detailed breakdown for each of your employees.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports, then search for Payroll Details Report.
  2. Click the Customize button.
  3. Choose either Totals Only or Total and Details.
  4. Once done, select Run Report.

After generating the report, you can export it if needed to determine whether your employees are eligible for healthcare.
