We are trying to create a report for Paychex with our time clock flowing from Buildertrend to QB and it's not working. Any advice?
Hello, Andi.
I have an advice to help you fix the time clock flow issue before we take this to the appropriate support channels.
The time clock flow issue might be caused by your sync settings within Buildertrend. I would recommend checking out your integration settings and ensure they are correct. I would also check for any changes that might've caused the problems.
If the settings are correct or if there are no changes, you'll want to contact Buildertrend's support agents. They'll be able to check their program's system and fix the time clock flow issue. Go to their website to see their contact options.

I still welcome any other questions you might have regarding QuickBooks Desktop. Do you need to do your payroll tasks within the program? Please let me know and I'll work with you to complete them.
So we actually have the time clock flowing to QB and we had an internal bookkeeper that was handling our payroll but she's no longer with us and we signed on with Paychex to handle our payroll. Can we still access those time clock hours if we aren't using the QB Payroll service any more? What would be the easiest method to still have those time clock hours flow to QB then how can I create a report for Paychex without actually processing payroll? Thank you!
I appreciate you for getting back, @AndiP13.
Your Builder trend sync settings could be the reason for the time clock flow issue. I'd suggest double-checking your integration settings to make sure they're proper. As my colleague @
jamespaul mentioned above, check for any changes that might've caused the problems.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account information in a secure environment and look into your payroll subscription.
