Your Builder trend sync settings could be the reason for the time clock flow issue. I'd suggest double-checking your integration settings to make sure they're proper. As my colleague @
jamespaul mentioned above, check for any changes that might've caused the problems.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account information in a secure environment and look into your payroll subscription.
Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks.
- Go to the Help menu and then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Continue.
- Choose a Start messaging or Get a callback from an expert.
