HI Angelyn,
I've set up the company contribution biweekly deduction of $961, so roughly $25K/yr. However, my gross income is higher than estimate so I wanted to max out the 25% company 401K contribution. I had my administrator maxed out the contribution, so the final amount was over $4K. I forgot to edit the amount on the employee set up, so the paycheck showed the deducted amount of $961, but in reality, it's supposed to be the $4K+. How do fix this? Voiding the check will affect the payroll record?
