Does anyone know how to help me get the "processing" on the Paycheck List to finish for last weeks payroll? Posted to check register and checks printed.

We've received reports about the "Processing" status in the Paycheck List screen.

 

Our Payroll Team is currently investigating the reason of this issue and will release a resolution soon.

 

While the investigation is ongoing, I'd suggest contacting our phone support team so we can add you to the list of affected users. By calling in to add yourself to the update list, you are also providing our engineers with information, such as how widespread it is and components that are common for people experiencing the issue, that could help them provide a solution quicker.​

Please follow the steps below on how to reach us:

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. If asked, choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  4. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

Still experiencing this same issue. I paid an employee via "check" (was actually handled via credit card). Once the credit card expense showed up in my banking tab, I matched it to the payroll check. The check has remained in "processing" status ever since while direct deposit payroll transactions switch to processed as anticipated.

Let me share some updates about the "Processing" status in the Paycheck List screen.

 

Our Engineering Team is still looking for a permanent resolution. We are asking for your understanding and patience while we're continuing to fix this.

 

I'd recommend contacting us about this issue. This way, you'll receive an email update from our engineers on February 14, 2019.

 

Here's how to reach us:

  1. Select the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Choose Contact us on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter a topic in the How can we help? field and choose Continue
  4. Click Get our phone number.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Click Call me.

I'll also keep you posted on this thread as soon as an update is received. We are actively working on a permanent solution and we should see a fix soon.

You should no longer see the "Processing" status in the Paycheck List screen.
