We've received reports about the "Processing" status in the Paycheck List screen.
Our Payroll Team is currently investigating the reason of this issue and will release a resolution soon.
While the investigation is ongoing, I'd suggest contacting our phone support team so we can add you to the list of affected users. By calling in to add yourself to the update list, you are also providing our engineers with information, such as how widespread it is and components that are common for people experiencing the issue, that could help them provide a solution quicker.

Still experiencing this same issue. I paid an employee via "check" (was actually handled via credit card). Once the credit card expense showed up in my banking tab, I matched it to the payroll check. The check has remained in "processing" status ever since while direct deposit payroll transactions switch to processed as anticipated.
