I recommend using the Lookup a charge here tool to determine why you have this. It will help you get more details about the unknown Intuit charges to your credit card or bank account.
Here's how:
- Open our Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement article.
- On the Look up your charge section, fill in the Payment method, Exact charge amount, and Date of charge.
- In the Why are you looking up this charge? field, choose I don't recognize this charge.
- Once done, click Look up charge.

- Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
- On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
