Let me help you perform troubleshooting steps for dropdown buttons to function in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
There are times that the browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing runtime errors and user interface to malfunction in QBO. We can try logging into your QBO account using a private/incognito browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts below.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Once you're in, let's try to check if the dropdown buttons are already working.
If it works, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of the stored junk files.
However, if the same thing happens, we can use different supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
