Duplicate Employee in only T-sheets

An employee was hired about a year ago and then went inactive. The employee started again a year later in a different position. In QBO the employee is active and fine. In Quickbooks Time there is the current one and then the old one is also still there. How do I get rid of the old one? I took a screenshot of the situation since this is kind of hard to explain, and attached it below.

Duplicate Employee in only T-sheets

Hi there, @Zbates

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community for support and sharing the screenshot of your issue. I hope you're enjoying the day so far.

To clarify, when you click on the 3 dots next to the employee's name, do you have the option to archive them? Please know that archiving a team member will erase all their personalized settings. Let me walk you through the steps below.

  1. Go to My Team.
  2. Next to the team member's name, select More (custom).
  3. Click on Archive, then Confirm.

If you're not seeing this as an option, you'll need to contact our Support Team. There, an agent will investigate why you don't have the archive option, and our team can merge the two profiles. This way, there is only one profile that will remain.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Take care and have a wonderful day!
