Since you've been experiencing the issue for three days, I'd suggest reaching out to our phone agents again. This way, one of our agents can make an investigation on why you're unable to pay early.
You can contact them via the Help menu and then selecting QuickBooks Desktop Help. You can also browse this link for more guide in preparing for the year-end taxes: Year-end guide for QuickBooks Desktop.

In Access People go to the employee record. Click Payroll. Click Pay. Click Payroll History. Then click on Pay History and without changing any of the details just click on Save and this will re-post to Early Pay. If you will follow this steps then you will get Early pay.
