Glad to have you here in the Community, @Rduncan105.
To ensure that your employees can receive their check stubs. We'll have to make sure that your employee already accepted the invitation to view their check stubs. If they haven't, you can give the following steps to them:
- Look for an email from Intuit Services (do_not_reply@intuit.com) with the subject "Finish setting up with [business name]." If they don’t see the invite, let them check their spam folder.
- Open the email, then select Get access to paychecks to accept the invitation. Remember that they can only use this link once.
- Create an Intuit account with their email and a password, or sign in with their existing account.
Once done, they can now see their check stubs automatically as long as there's a paycheck created in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Let them log in to workforce.intuit.com.
- Select Paychecks.
- View, download or print the latest paycheck or past paychecks.

Also, to notify your employees that pay stubs are available, you can let them turn on their email notification. For the detailed steps, please check out this link: Turn on notifications for new paychecks.
