Email notifications for direct deposit

I'm here to share some details about turning off the notification for direct deposit.

The ability to manually turn off the email notification for direct deposit is not available. As a workaround, you'll want to enter a dummy email to stop receiving the notification.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Payroll Settings.
2. Select Contact Information.
3. Enter the dummy email, then select OK.

ok thanks.  I do like payroll reminder that I get  to remind me to do payroll and I also like the reminders when it's time to pay 941.  I may try to set up a filter on gmail that only filters out the direct deposit notifications.  I have recently gotten away from Deluxe eChecks due to fraud that happened with two checks.  I have numerous contractors I pay and am transitioning to direct deposit to pay them.   It is potentially 25 + that I will be doing twice a month.  I really don't need two emails one that I've initiated a dd then another when it is deposited for each and every dd I set up.  It's rather annoying.
