I have an employee who isn't able to get into her intuit account. She checks it after the end of each pay period. But this last week, she tried to log on and it lets her in but says "wait 15 minutes to access" and she does, and nothing happens. Is there a fix for this?

If you're referring to your employee's ViewMyPaycheck account, I've checked our investigation list and we haven't received any similar reports about this issue. In this case, you can let your employee reset his/her ViewMyPaycheck login credentials. Before doing so, make sure your employee must have access to the email associated with his/her login credentials.
