Buy nowI've got an employee who suddenly can't enter his weekly timesheet anymore. The Name field is grayed out and he can't save any of his hours. He showed me this on his phone and a computer using multiple browsers. I'm able to update his timesheet from my administrator account. The employee has an active "Time track only" user role, and this had been working for years until two days ago.
Looking at the activity logs, he had been able to enter his timesheet daily until June 26, then after that it just shows him being able to sign in.
Any suggestions?
Consider deleting the employee for the 'Time track only' user role, and then re-add him to refresh his access and permissions, @kbmyers.
Here's how to remove the employee for the 'Time track only' role:
Once done, re-add the employee to the same role using the Add user option. Make sure to use the employee's active email to send the invite.

I have also had the same problem. Out of 32 workers I know of at least 12 who reported issues. They were able to log in but their name was greyed out and the error message was worker has been deleted. The other issue was they were able to enter their time even though their name was greyed out, but when selected save they get same error message, worker has been deleted. Today as admin I went into a worker's account entered time and saved successfully. I went back into the same account and got error message worker has been deleted. Help!

Having the same issue here starting the same day. All of my employees now getting the following error:
The worker you selected has been deleted. Please select a different worker.
Hopefully this can get resolved quickly. Last day of the month is tomorrow.
