To start with, does your employee encounter an error prompt when opening the form? This way, we can figure out things preventing your employees from filling out the forms.
Following that, we can let your employees check for the supported browsers. This can be the cause of why they can't open the link.
Here are the browsers supported on both web and mobile devices:
- Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
- Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer.
- Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
- Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
- Opera: version 68 or newer
- Samsung: version 10 or newer
After following the abovementioned, you'll have to re-send an invitation. That way, your employee can fill out the form once again.
