Employee pay adjustment history report

Hi there, Bemis.

To run an Employee Pay Adjustment History report for only active employees in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Payroll, follow the steps below:

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop and go to your company file.
2. Click on Reports in the top menu bar.
3. Navigate to Employees & Payroll reports, then select Employee Pay Adjustment History report.
4. Once the report opens, click on Customize Report at the top of the report window.
5. In the Customize Report window, go to the Filters tab.
6. In the filter options, find and select Employment status from the list, then set employments status to Active to show only active employees.
7. Click OK to apply the filer and update the report.

Moreover, I'll share this article which can serve as your reference if you want the same settings of the customized reports to be available for future use: Create, access, and modify memorized reports.

Visit us again if you have other concerns with running reports in QBDT. We'll be here to help.

Employee pay adjustment history report

In the filters option I do NOT find an Employee Status choice. Is there another way of getting this information?

Thank you for your time and attention.

Yes, there is a way of viewing this information, BemisGin. I have the updated steps to run the Employee Pay Adjustment History report for only active employees.

We can pull up the report and filter the Name section. From there, select the active employees. For the detailed guidance, please see the steps below:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. From the Employees & Payroll section, select Employee Pay Adjustment History.
