In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), viewing an employee's profile change history is unavailable. I suggest submitting feedback to request that our developers consider adding this feature. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose the Send Feedback Online option
- Select Product Suggestion from the list. A pop-up window will appear.
- Enter your feedback suggestion into the provided field.
- Click the Send Feedback button to submit your suggestion.
In the meantime, you can use the manual record, where you document changes to employee information in the form of a spreadsheet or simple documents.
Consider also using a third-party application that integrates with QBDT, which offers more detailed employee tracking, including change history.
