Buy nowWe are currently using Minute7 to import employee time and expenses into QuickBooks Online payroll. We would like to transition to using Transaction Pro or another app for these imports and need guidance to ensure the process works correctly.
The ask:
Time entries: Include hours worked and assigned classes/projects for each employee.
Expenses: Currently appear on the employee payroll tab and are reimbursed as part of payroll. Each employee is set up as a vendor, but the expenses should be paid as part of the net payroll direct deposit along with their wages.
Both time and expenses should appear correctly on the payslip and be included in the same net bank payment for the employee.
Hello there, @Bondirl. QuickBooks Online relies on your third-party integration for data imports. To ensure all your information transfers correctly, you'll have to reach out to Transaction Pro or your third-party app provider for further assistance.

Thanks for the reply.
They can not do the expense import so it is part of the reimbursement on the payslip for expenses, can you suggest another 3rd party provider who can do both? QBO does not have the facility so has to be a third party.
Hi there, @Bondirl. Thanks for coming back to this thread. For more options in looking for a third-party app, I suggest visiting the QuickBooks App Store. This helps you find an app that actually fits your needs.
Search for your required business tools using the search bar.
Please respond to this thread if you have additional questions related to QuickBooks.
Can you provide further guidance on this? I can not find a solution in the app store...
Hello, Bondiri. To find your preferred application, you'll have to sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and go to the Integrations section located in the upper right corner of your dashboard. From there, select Find Integrations. Please note that while we cannot recommend a specific third-party provider from the app store, you may want to consider checking customer reviews and features to help you determine which application best meets your needs.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred third-party application, click on Get App Now to download it. After that, you can proceed to manage your imports.
Feel free to reply to this post if you need further assistance.
Thanks, but this is not helpful...
