Employee Workforce Phone Number Changed Two Factor

One of our employees' phone number changed.  I updated our files in QuickBooks Desktop.  When he goes in to login to workforce to view his paystubs, it sends a two factor message to his old phone number that he no longer has access to.  How can I help him?  He's tried calling and had no luck.  Thanks for any help!!

I'm here to guide you on your employee's account information change, @Lisa186.
 

Since your employee no longer has access to the phone associated with his workforce, he can request account recovery. The process will take one business day. Our business hours are M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM PT.

For security, only the employee can make changes to his Intuit account. Our support team doesn't have access to update or modify any account information.
