For this situation, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team because they would be able to give you information about the status of these W2.   1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button
  3. Enter "callback" in the "What can we help you with?" section.
  4. Select "Let's Talk"
  5. Pick the "Get a call" option to connect with us.

Employees have not received their W2's that QB say were mailed on 1/21

I am having the same problem.  We have the Full Service Payroll, and none of our employees have received their W2's.  

 

Also, we used the 1099 program and I am having contractors calling me saying that they can't see their 1099's online.

 

Someone else is having these same issues, and said they were on the phone with QBO Support for 30 minuets, and still didn't get an answer.

I can see how important it is for your employees and contractors to view their tax forms. Let me help route you to the right support to rectify the issue.


We’ll have to check the status of your workers' W-2s as well as the 1099 forms for your vendors. Performing this task requires us to collect personal data to access your account.


Thus, I encourage contacting our Payroll Support Team. They can explain in detail why your workers and contractors didn’t receive their tax forms. Our specialists will also guide them through the steps on how to get them.


Here’s how to reach them:

 

  1. Head to the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter a description of your concern in the Type something field.
  3. Tap the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  4. In How would you like to connect with us? section, click the Chat with us menu to start a conversation or Callback to speak with an agent.

Same issue here. As of 02/06 none of our employee’s have received their W2’s
