Employees & Payroll

Good Morning,

Product | Quickbooks Online | Payroll

We have input all fields for each employee. ( New setup, non import )

We still get finish setup button on payroll setup. We have gone through each employee and have no errors showing on any employee field

We have tried clearing the cache & no change. 

Before our next step of deleting & resetting up employees,

Any help is appreciated in advance.

@RWH3  If it's anything like Desktop, they're probably trying to force you to give unnecessary information.

 

You know, birthdates, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, all the information they would need to endlessly harass your employees with sales offers.

Agreed. We filled in every field to make sure & still will not clear the Finish Setting up teams button. We have double checked all fields twice. Turned off workforce permission access since everyone wanted the fields to be in house.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Select a topic in the What can we help you with? page.
  5. Choose a way to connect (Have us call you or Chat with us). Contact QBO Support (US).png

I have to wonder why the support staff in this community have the QuickBooks Team and Moderator tags instead of the Reception Desk tag.
