I want to make sure this is taken care of. In my case, my access is limited in the Community space. That being said, I'm unable to verify your account in this public forum for security purposes.

Since you requested a screen share setup, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. Our chat and phone representatives have advanced tools to access your account in a secure environment. With that, you can request a payroll correction if it's necessary.

Here's how to contact them:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.

I have talked via chat and on the phone about this and done screen shares with both payroll AND QBO and never got a resolution. I was supposed to get a call back from a higher level but never did.
