Export Payroll Transactions Date Range Feature is Ignored/ Broken

We are using Quickbooks Online Payroll Core.

The Export Transactions feature is 100% broken, specifically the date ranges. We pay our employees twice per month so we expect to see two paychecks per month per employee when exporting to IIF.  Today is June 4 and the last time I exported transactions was on Feb 24.  If I set the date range from Feb 24 to June 4 and select View = Not Exported it will only show paychecks from the May 18th pay cycle. If I select Date range = "Last Quarter" it will only show paychecks from the May 18th pay cycle.  If I select Date range = May 1, 2022 to May 31, 2022 it will only show paychecks from the May 18th pay cycle.  The only way to get all the pay checks to export is to set the date ranges in two week increments like
Mar 1 to Mar 15

Mar 15 to Mar 31

April 1 to April 15

April 15 to April 30

May 1 to May 15

May 15 to May 31

etc.

Furthermore, the Tax Payments section totally ignores the date ranges all together. If you set the date range to April 1 to April 15, it will show tax payments dated May 9th, May 18th, etc.

We've tried differnt browsers, clearing browser cache, etc and nothing changes.

The old export feature worked, but this new export feature is totally broken. Are others seeing the same thing?  Is Intuit aware of this bug?

Export Payroll Transactions Date Range Feature is Ignored/ Broken

I did a bit more testing and it appears the issue is related to the Export Interface only displaying a maximum of 20 transactions per query.  So if you have 100 employees and you try to export their paychecks from the last two pay periods, you will need to run the export 10 times to download all the paychecks for your employees.

It's shocking that Intuit set such a small number of transactions per export.
