I had this issue a year and a half ago and no one could fix it at Quickbooks - I just got the boilerplate answers.
It looks like it just started a couple of days ago as the ones I processed earlier in the month are ok.
Last time it happened I put the file in the 2024 version and it fixed itself. But now these files are in the 2024 version and resetting the updates is not fixing it.
Is anyone else having this issue?
@Madeleine34608 Not surprising.
Aside from a suggestion to use Adobe to edit in the relevant numbers in the PDF, the only idea I have is to tap @BigRedConsulting . They have done excellent work in the past on bypassing some of QuickBooks' silliness; for instance, that W-2 fiasco a year or two ago.
I was going to use Adobe - that is how we fixed it last time this happened.
Thankfully I only found 4 of them.
Thanks for your suggestions.

I have done all of that as that is what I was told to do the last time the issue happened.
The information appears correct on the screen but not on the tax form (not report).
I do mot see any options to change a font on the tax form itself.
I know how to customize reports but I need to correct the actual tax form.
If you go into an actual RT6 form maybe you can see what I mean.
Thank you for your prompt response and for providing additional details about the issue with the RT6 tax form, Madeleine34608.
Given you have already updated QuickBooks and are still experiencing problems with the tax form printout, we need to explore targeted solutions related to data integrity and form-specific settings.
As the option to modify the font or format for tax forms is not available in QuickBooks, we should investigate other underlying issues affecting the printout.
I recommend the following additional steps:
If you’ve gone through these steps and the issue persists, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks payroll support team for a more thorough investigation.
Moreover, you can reference this article to view payroll tax payments and forms in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll: Access your previously filed tax forms and payments.

@ThomasJosephD Re: First, please update your QuickBooks, then we can use the QuickBooks Tool Hub to run the Print & Print Repair Tool to fix common printing errors.
These is little to no chance - a snowball's change in hell, really - that either of these tools will have any effect on how the tax forms render information when they write it to a PDF for printing. That code has been buggy for years, and Intuit just doesn't seem to catch on and actually test updated forms before releasing them.
