form 941 not displaying correctly

I can't see the whole form, just the right side of it. everything to the left side is missing on both pages. If I print it everything is there but it doesn't display correctly in the quickbooks program. I wasted a couple of hours on the phone with horrible tech support that we're paying $250 a month for. I don't remember intuit support ever being this bad. had me updating quickbooks and payroll, webpatch, reboot.. obviously no clue what the problem was or how to fix it. hackers lol

I'll be sure to pass on your feedback to our support team management, compusave.

At Intuit, it's our job to address your concerns without any delay. Proper training to our phone agents are always reinforced to ensure they deliver good customer service. Let me make it up to you by trying a few more troubleshooting steps to get your 941 form to display correctly.

We can start with running the Verify and Rebuild tool. This is known to fix data file-related issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

Here's how:

  1. Click Windows at the top, and then select Close All.
  2. To Verify the data file, click File > Utilities > Verify Data.
  3. To Rebuild the data file, click File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.
  4. Click OK when you get the message Rebuild has completed.
  5. Run Verify Data again to check for remaining data damage (follow step 2).
  6. If there are additional damages, you'll have to manually fix them. Locate the error within the qbwin.log and search for a resolution at the QuickBooks Desktop Support site (or enter the error in the Comments section below so I can give you the troubleshooting steps).
  7. If your error cannot be found, you can try restoring a recent backup. Choose File > Restore. Make sure that you do not overwrite your existing company file. Any information entered in the company file since the backup was created must be manually reentered after you restore.

I'd like to know if your 941 form is showing the details correctly. Please keep me updated by leaving a reply to this thread.
