Got disconnected. with payroll

If you’re trying to reactivate your payroll subscription since you’re disconnected, I suggest getting in touch with our payroll support specialist. They have the necessary tools to help you reconnect your payroll subscription.


To get in touch with a specialist, here’s how:

  1. Follow this link:
  2. Get the number on the QuickBooks Online Payroll section.

You can also connect through chat, here’s how:

  1. Follow this link:
  2. Choose your QuickBooks product.
  3. Select the Search for something else button.
  4. Fill in your question then hit Search.
  5. Choose Start a Message.
