Has anyone been able to reach quickbooks support as to why direct deposit shows as processed, but has not actually been deposited?

None of my DD employees received payment. I have already clarified that it is not with my bank, the problem is with QB. Even though, QB shows payments as processed.

We have been trying to reach quickbooks all morning and have not been successful. :( Hoping QB can fix this ASAP!

They have completely disabled the option to chat or get a call back!! So frustrating!!

I called Quickbooks and (after several button pushes and some waiting) there was an automated message stating they are aware of the problem and working on it (or similar). Doesn't really help anyone. There is an estimated hour and a half (and probably longer) wait time to talk to someone- same for chat or waiting for a call back.

Hello, everyone. I completely understand how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of your employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
