Has anyone else lost the ability to export from QB Online Payroll Core to QBO? It stopped working 3 weeks ago and QB doesn't seem to be able to fix.

Errors are either "Come back and try again" or a message about subaccounts needing to match. But nothing has changed from configurations have had in place for many years.

QB seem to imply it was a known issue and gave me a case number. A few days later they said it has been resolved. However it's still does not work correctly.

I'm sorry, but this is non-responsive. Nothing personal, but just when it seemed like QB was getting its act together, you're demonstrating that QB cares more about "appearing to care" than actually solving problems.

1. Export from QB Payroll Core to QBO Advanced stopped working correctly on or about 4/16.

2. After being told to "wait awhile" it was still not working on 4/30.

3. I phoned QB rep who said there's a system-wide issue affecting multiple users; he gave me a ticket number on 4/30 and noted it would be fixed "within hours" as it was a high priority.

4. I received email that issue was resolved.

5. Issue is still not resolved...in fact its worse as payroll transactions are marked as exported, but are not making it to QBO chart of accounts.

Please don't tell me to call a first-tier rep who -- while kind -- is not empowered or trained to solve anything.

And -- if you're QBO -- please don't give me a patronizing response. I'm hoping a user will have experienced this and can help me solve it.

This seems to be happening to me right now.  I have the correct quickbooks desktop file open, went to export payroll and tax transactions into quickbooks from online payroll.  It said it exported 18 transactions but they are nowhere to be found.  QB has been so frustrating for the last 2 years, it seems like everything I try to do doesn't work and takes at least one 2 hour phone call that can only be done during business hours (which I have very few of available as I am a service provider and booked with clients during that time).  Last year for about 6 months (mostly because I never have 2 hours to sit on the phone with this stuff and it took at least 6 phone sessions) my whole QB file was "corrupt".  They spent 3 weeks "fixing" it but failed so they recommended I just go back to an old file and basically start over.  I don't have time for this and it happens over and over.  Does anyone know of another book keeping software out there because I am so ready to leave Quickbooks.
