Has anyone had a problem with Quickbooks payroll this week?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. 

Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.

This isn’t good enough... y’all get paid millions of dollars to ensure everything is done right and on time and screw it up and the best answer y’all can give us is We should expect the deposits to be made today? In an hour or 4 hours I mean I have employees waiting to go out of town now because of this now. What if they wait all day and then they don’t receive them still? We need better answers then this....

Please know that the direct deposit issue has already been resolved. You don't have to do anything on your end. Rest assured, your employees will see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day.
