Hello - How do we export QB online payroll data into our QB standalone for Mac. We had that function using Intuit online payroll but can not find it in the QB OL payroll

I'm here to share some information about exporting your payroll data to QuickBooks for Mac.

You can export your payroll transactions directly from your QBOP account via IIF. This file can be used to manually upload data to QuickBooks for Mac.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBOP account.
2. Select the Gear icon, then go to Payroll Preferences.
3. Press the edit (Pencil) icon.
4. Choose QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, then Continue.
5. Click Done.

Once you've downloaded the file, go to your QuickBooks for Mac and upload the payroll data. Please follow these steps:

1. From QuickBooks Mac, click File.
2. Select Import, then From IIF Files.
3. Locate the IIF file and import it into QuickBooks Mac.
4. The payroll information will then appear in QuickBooks Mac.
